Where to try the Bienmesabe.

This sweet is typical of Antequera. There are certain variants in its elaboration. Some people add maraschino and orange shavings, although leaving the almonds, which can be mixed with hazelnuts and jam. The whole sweet can be served in a dish or in individual portions in small containers.
