Each of the chef’s proposals prioritizes zero kilometer products, which means that the user will always find a new menu renewed and adapted to the vegetables, legumes and game meats of each season. Thus, the offer of seasonal stews made with local raw materials such as goat meat or farm pork tripe is surprising, reminding us of times of yesteryear and allowing diners to immerse themselves in the local gastronomic culture, an explosion of sensations for the senses of aromas and flavors.

And to the valued spoon delicacies of the menu of Las Pedrizas Restaurant, we can add the popular dishes from the mountains, but whose way of elaboration makes them completely surprising to the palate. Such is the case of the homemade croquettes, which are made by unit and served in assortment highlighting the ham and chicken; the delicatessen of fresh fish due to its proximity to the port of Malaga, such as squid in its ink. Also acclaimed are the Codillo en Salsa al Oven; the Lomo en Manteca, cooked according to modern techniques based on the use of low temperature; the Tuna in Tataki; the Bakalao; the homemade Flamenquines; or the Lubina (sea bass).
