Winery Cortijo La Fuente

Cortijo La Fuente is located in the municipality of Mollina, in the region of Antequera (Malaga) in the heart of Andalusia. The vineyards sit on a plateau at 480 meters of altitude, on limestone and sandy terrenees. With a rainfall of 400 liters per year, the rains are distributed in autumn, winter and spring with dry and hot summers.

Experience at Bodega Cortijo La Fuente

The visits we make to our winery consist of:

  • Visit to our vineyard located behind the winery, thus initiating a wine talk of the different varieties of vine and the manual work that is carried out on the crop.
  • Initiation to the elaboration process in the facilities of the winery itself (destemming, crushing, pressing …) according to the
    Typology of wine.
  • Once elaborated we go to its aging and aging by the method of vintages or that of soleras and criaderas (unique in Andalusia)
  • After the training we went to the tasting and tasting of four of our best wines accompanied by some appetizers (olives, potatoes, peaks, nuts, sausages, sausages in wine with cinnamon …)

We offer a unique experience very professional and at the same time simple in a very close and fun family atmosphere.

The minimum number of people is 10.
