Our restaurant offers an exquisite menu based on top quality Mediterranean products, vegetables even collected in our own garden, within the farm of the Hotel La Fuente del Sol.

Basically, our menu is made up of Mediterranean dishes with a signature touch by the hand of our Chef, some of the most significant dishes:

  • Homemade partridge pate with crispy Parmesan and sweet brushstroke.
  • Duck ham salad and blueberry vinaigrette.
  • Leg of suckling lamb in its juice with rosemary honey, baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  • Chocolate coulant with homemade custard and tangerine ice cream.
  • We also have an extensive wine list selected by our maitre.
