Family workshops on prehistory in El Torcal, with symbolism, rituality and main idols, with special mention of the “Venus del Torcal“. An enjoyable, fun and very didactic way to approach the beginning of humanity.

  • 10:00 a.m. Reception at the Torcal Alto Visitor Center.
  • 10:15 a.m. Brief presentation on “Symbology, rituality and prehistoric idols”, and clay workshop on “Prehistoric idols”.
  • 12:00h Hiking route on foot through the Torcal de Antequera, with interpretive stops along the route. The route to be taken will be to the “El Tornillo Natural Monument”, due to its similarity to the “Venus del Torcal”.
  • 14:00h Return to the CV and end of activities.
