  2. Antequera City Council reserves the right to modify the conditions or terms of use of the portal, without prior notice.
  3. The use of this Portal is governed by the Spanish legal system and by these general conditions. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution and / or use of this Portal, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
  4. It is forbidden to use the Portal for any action contrary to current legislation and especially, without exhaustive character, the following:
    – Sending unsolicited mass mail or spamming.
    – Any form of violation of the rights of third parties.
    – Any activity that has as its object pornographic, obscene, defamatory or in any way illegal content.
    – Introduce computer viruses, defective files or programs that may cause any damage or harm to the Portal, the City Council of Antequera or third parties.
    – Use this website for commercial purposes or in an inappropriate manner according to its own purpose.
