Antequera Town Hall Tourism Department. The original design of the façade follows the “shell-façade” model. The Baroque coat of arms, made of while limestone, located on both sides of the main balcony, are also the original ones. The façade, where the first section is more Baroque than the second one, whose tectonic design is already a neoclassical concept, although it is crowned with a broken pediment which is centered by a coat of arms of the Cross of Jerusalem. The ground floor of the courtyard, very beautiful and spacious, has red limestone Tuscan columns supporting half-barrel arches made of brick. In the arches’ keystones we can see the typical clay applications. The stairwell, covered with plasterwork vault, is also very interesting.
